Refund Policy
- The Program offers a refund of 100% of the fare when a Customer cancels their ticket at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- The refund will be provided in the original payment method used by the Customer for the ticket purchase.
- The free cancellation only applies to the fare paid for the ticket. Any additional charges, such as add-ons or ancillary purchases, will not be refunded. Cancellation Process
- To cancel a ticket and claim the refund, Customers must initiate the cancellation process through the Company's platform or by contacting Customer Support.
- The cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time of the bus.
Refund Process
- Upon successful cancellation, the Company will process the refund within 7-14 business days.
- The refund amount will be calculated as 100% of the fare paid for the ticket.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exclusions
- The free cancellation only applies to cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- The free cancellation does not cover additional charges, including but not limited to add-ons, ancillary purchases, convenience fees, or service charges.
- The free cancellation does not apply to tickets that have been rescheduled.
- The free cancellation does not apply to tickets purchased through third-party platforms or agents.
Modifications and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or amend these Terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, the free cancellation will no longer be available for future ticket purchases, but any eligible refunds for already cancelled tickets will be honoured according to these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use or non-use of the free cancellation, including but not limited to missed connections.
- The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the refund amount specified under these Terms.
- By participating in the Program, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Company's general terms and conditions for ticket bookings.
